"Looking for unique lights isn't easy - restoring an older home we didn't want the box store exterior lights that anyone can get. Yale has a truly terrific selection - not just in the showroom but online as well. My favorite thing was "shopping" during lunch breaks online & emailing questions I had & having them answered quickly and accurately. Selection alone and the online communication was awesome but....
What prompted me to write a quick review was a glass panel in our back porch light broke on the 2nd evening it was up. Nearly 99% certain from an extreme change in temperature and a default in the glass. I called Yale who called the manufacturer and the glass panel is being shipped free of charge. No hassle. No rudeness. No way in the world one of the big chains would have been able to handle it like this." - Jennifer S.
