"I went into Huttig, Lancaster PA to get a super small order of screws for a project I was working on the other day. While I expected to get blown off like some places have done in the my past experience, instead, the Operations Manager, Chad, helped me directly and found exactly what I needed. He called multiple people from the warehouse in order to get exactly what I needed and in quick timing. My experience was great and their customer service was phenomenal, in my opinion. It doesn't take much to show that you care and to go the extra mile, and I hope that more people can realize how rewarding it is to take pride in the place you work at and desire to go above and beyond, simply because, we should and not because someone deserves it, or not." - Gavin W.
