"I did a Macaron class with Valeria and I now feel confident enough to make them at home! She is very welcoming and a great teacher. We had so much fun and learned a lot. She demonstrated first while we asked questions and took notes. Then we each got to try the recipe on our own and she was there to assist and check our work. Definitely recommend a workshop!" - E.
