"I haven't written many reviews but I want to say Great Job to the gentleman (I believe his name was Ken) working the counter in the parts department this past Saturday. He was swamped and even thought he looked stressed he treated every customer with respect and took his time with them, there was 4 people ahead of me and i watched him work with each customer with understanding and patience apologizing for how long it was taking to each customer, he didn't stop, he showed resilience and stamina that impressed me, with the phone ringing nonstop and the mechanics busting on him and giving him even more work...I watched him work with a Hispanic customer who didn't speak English very well, he even took out his phone and tried to translate for him so he could understand. wow that's above and beyond and That's what sparked me to write this review. I've been in your place many times and have been treated very rudely by many people on the counter to the point where I stopped purchasing parts and getting my truck serviced there, but after what i saw on Saturday you won my business back I never have i seen someone take care of a customer like he did. I'm glad things are changing for the good and I think you should commend him for the outstanding work he did." - Mark E.
