"This is a wonderful campground to stay at! We loved it here and will be back. There's so much to do. I was impressed with the customer service. They texted me their phone number in case I ever needed anything. I called twice for questions I had that I couldn't find on the website and they answered when I called. Very friendly over the phone. The front desk staff was also friendly. It was a very quiet and peaceful campground in the cabins we were in.
One thing I would like to add is that I wish there was more information online about the cabins and cottages. The one we booked didn't have any photos so I wasn't even sure if it was a cabin or not and what it looked like inside. It helps when you have kids to figure out how everyone is going to sleep. It would be awesome if the listings said which cabin you were getting along with a map. I had a hard time trying to find a map online anywhere. I had to call the help desk to ask them where my cabin was because my mom wanted one close to me. Also, in the email you get before the stay, I would like if it said the check in time. I think these things would be really helpful for the future. Thank you for providing a safe and fun place for us to stay!"
