"I loved that both Shawn and Cherisse got to know our dog, situation, and family when considering training options. They were very supportive and the methods were well-researched. They were able to find the best options for our situation, especially referencing why Osito behaves the way he does. Understanding his behavior definitely informed which methods we used and it positively impacted our success. We saw vast improvements over the course of training!!! The trainers definitely know what they are doing and help to promote calm.
