"From the first friendly interaction on the phone, to the enjoyable wedding reception food taste testing, to the last details of cleanup at the wedding reception, Mary, her husband and her team were exceptional! The coffee bar at our daughter’s wedding reception was a hit and the food was amazing! We have never tasted Alfredo so good as that of Mary’s homemade recipe. We received a number of compliments on the food from our guests. The wedding reception was out of town and the food tasted as if it was made in the kitchen right on the property… Fresh, just the right temperature and absolutely delicious! The Clay House knows how to do business excellently in every way. We would choose them all over again!"
