"So there I was...tire blown at the intersection of 23 and Railroad St with a blown tire on my overpacked trailer in a no- parking zone. A woman whose name I did not catch but who appeared to the be owner of Tannery Antiques - went out of her way and above and beyond to assist us. She brought out her own traffic cones, recommended local tire and trailer places and even stopped traffic on SR23 to allow us to pull out on our flat rim to get to a nearby shop.
That type of decency and willingness to offer a helping hand is getting rare these days and is a sign of character that translates in the business vector as being fair and standing behind your company.
