"Extension spring broke on our garage door, so we searched online and found a larger company that advertises on TV. We filled out an online form and we received a call the very next day. After explaining our problem the representative said we would be getting a call from a service technician shortly. That call never came. We decided to call Stadel Door on Sunday thinking we could leave a message for a call back on Monday, and to our surprise Mr. Stadel answered!! He was super polite - we apologized for interrupting him on a Sunday, but he told us he would be glad to help us out! We sent him our information via text message and he called us Monday morning to let us know he was on his way. Not only did he fix our spring but did some other adjustments as well.
