"Nick is truly a Godsend. Our old house needed a complete transformation to suit our current needs and after meeting with countless contractors and having not 1 but 2 accept the job and “no-show” I was beginning to worry that my dreams would never come true; and then I found Nick. From our very first meeting I just knew he was the guy for the job. As we walked through the house and I explained my vision to him, he was the first person to actually listened to all my ideas and offer his opinion on what would work best (and boy did he ever make it happen plus some). He got a quote back to me in a timely fashion, accepted the challenge and showed up EVERY SINGLE DAY. He never once showed frustration in my ever changing “to do list”, he stayed dedicated to the tasks at hand and although he ran into quite a few obstacles along the way, he never gave up. Seriously, a Godsend! His workmanship, loyalty and attention to detail remind me so much of my daddy… to this day I believe he is the one who helped us cross paths. You just don’t find people like Nick anymore and when you do, you thank your lucky stars for them. Attached are some picture of the work he completed during Phase 1 of our remodel. We moved our laundry room inside, transformed our garage/old laundry room into an in-laws suite for my brother, added an additional bedroom downstairs, touched slightly on the kitchen to make it usable until Phase 2 starts and my most favorite thing, the custom made window bench for my dogs (no pictures yet, its still in the works). From constructing new walls from scratch, to laying new floors on a very un-leveled base to completely rewiring the first floor, Nicks attention to detail comes second to none. The extra little touches in each room that I didn’t even know I needed were such a pleasant surprise. Walking into the house and seeing all the changes over the last 3 months has been breathtaking. He revitalized our old house bringing us into the 21st century while keeping some of the unique nostalgia that was so important to me. He was the PERFECT guy for the job.
