"Bike was not peddling correctly come to find out chain, sprocket was worn, so I said go ahead and replace them and after a return visit or two to adjust I have not had an issue since.
Tried to give these men a tip but they refused, however next time I come in for the excellent service I am going to find a way to show my appreciation that cannot be refused.
