"6 Stars. Even though that's not available.
My house suffered a water pipe leak, and my insurance company works with Servpro, so I went with that. Most of the kitchen was water damaged, part of the living room, and part of the basement. Mold, mildew, etc.
Servpro Lititz has been nothing short of amazing, helpful, caring and quality oriented. You cannot go wrong with their services, based on my experience.
It took 4 months to resolve it (insurance), and Servpro made the process as painless and as "enjoyable" as possible.
In particular, Nick Freyes, Mike Lombardo and John Kuch Jr. were instrumental. Nick handled the mitigation, Mike supervised the overall job start to finish and John handled everything imaginable about the rebuild process.
While all three (and the company) were great, a company is only as good as its people. And these people are awesome - they have your back.
John Kuch Jr. is heads above the rest. I didn't like the event, but I found a superhero in John. He turned this frustrating experience (almost) into a joy. Servpro is lucky to have him (and Mike and Nick) - they actually care about you. My wife and I were deeply touched - thanks guys!
Additionally, John went out of his way at every step to help us. That personal touch meant the world to me and I wish the world had more of these extremely fine men.

Mike: Servpro Lititz is you, and clearly your managerial style reflects not only quality, but care. Thank you so much for overseeing these awesome caring people.
Shout out to Kellie (accounting) who helped with finances and other "things" and completed thus awesome package.
