"We had a pipe burst in the middle of the night and we discovered it in the early morning. I called Servpro in Adamstown, the owner Kevin Paul answered, I saw they give 24hr service and proceeded to explain what had happened in the basement. He was so amazing and understanding and knew we were upset, of course, so he sent Nick Romaninsky out with his crew which consisted of another Nick, Justin and Albert. They were so reassuring and efficient, they went to work immediately to remove the water and the damage. They were very careful with all of our belongings and by the end of the day they had everything under control. Kevin had already spoken to our insurance company and had a claim# as well as a approval. The same guys came out again to remove insulation and sheetrock damaged by the water. Another person from our insurance company called to tell us it was not approved which sent me into a panic attack. I was unable to get up the steps on my own in the middle of the attack and Nick R was very soothing talking me down and he literally grabbed me and took me up stairs where my husband was. He was truly amazing in an emergency, since I had never had a panic attack in my life and I didn't understand what was happening to me. Thank you for your wonderful service. Donna Buddy" - Donna B.
