"Built a house 20 years ago using Heritage Cabinets. Rutt did not design or install my cabinets, but now Heritage is a part of Rutt. Recently, one of the fixtures on a deep draw broke. It’s a unique fixture that holds the cabinet face to the draw. After some searching, I contacted Rutt with my problem. Within a few days they sent me some replacement parts (that were out of date) and in five minutes my cabinets were back to their spectacular appearance. The customer service (for someone who wasn’t even their customer 20 years ago!) was outstanding. Cannot be more pleased or grateful." - G
