"We purchased FlexSteel furniture 5 years ago and although the structure of the furniture is good the material that we ordered was not. It started to rip after only 2 years and of course all the warranties expired after 1 year. Rick helped to educate me on how to grade material and I choose a great color called Concrete. I just received my couch and chair back this week and could not be happier in the quality and look of my newly reupholstered furniture. This is the color I would have picked 5 years ago but hubbie liked the other. What I liked about Rick was that he will be honest about the bones of your furniture as to whether you should spend the money to reupholster or just buy new. Thank you Rick!" - Barbara H.
