"We have used Ressler and Mateer for several services over the last three or so years. Our big purchase and install through them was a replacement of our entire HVAC system, of which I received several quotes from different local HVAC companies. The folks I spoke to were the only representatives that didn’t push high dollar / high end all electric unit replacements; rather they gave me cost effective options with thorough explanation and left me to decide budget vs. system. Since then we’ve had them out for a few miscellaneous plumbing repairs. All of which were quickly repaired with great communication in what needed to be done. Pricing, in my experience, has always been reasonable given the scope (and a couple instances being after hours). They’ve continued to annually maintain our HVAC system; I’ve never felt sales pressure for unnecessary work from those follow up visits either." - Martin M.
