"Started with Motz in 2021.
within the first year we had a black screen event one morning when we came to work. , Sam came out and get us a new hard drive setup by 2 pm.
Now, 2024: RDCS acquired Motz, and are doing a great job. Just had Hugh do some emergency work on the system (something wasn't working, he had it fixed and running within a few hours without him ever coming out.
One thing that I really like about RDCS, they don't use teamviewer. they have some type of software on the computer so that I can call them and they dont have to ask for codes or anything, they can just jump on and fix it.
Some folks might not like that they can jump on at any time, but that is what we need as a business, someone who can jump on at any time and fix it." - Leroy S.
