"Better late than never... I flew over to Lancaster from the UK for a Music Conference in April, and beign a gym nut I walked in to Power Train in Lancaster and spoke to the manager Alexa. After learning about my travels Alexa organised FREE personal training sessions during my stay and treated me as if I was a long standing member. Great people and a great positive place. Being back home I miss it and will be coming back whenever I head over to PA from the UK!!!" - Daryl P.
