"This past week, I had the pleasure of meeting some business associates for lunch. Because of so many other area restaurants being closed on Monday, the highest rating one that was open, was Plaza Azteca. So I met my colleagues and I there. I was immediately greeted and seated. Everyone was extremely nice. The food was also very well cooked and tasty. Since one of my colleagues is a vegan, he was extremely happy to see the vegan options. As a result, he expects to visit there regularly."
