"I’ve now had the pleasure of working with Paul Davis twice. Both experiences were exceptional. It’s obviously very stressful when you have a flood or other major home damage but this company just comes in and takes care of everything. Their crews are extremely professional, friendly and always considerate of your house & your stuff. Little things that really mean a lot… e.g. on day 1, they noticed a bird perch in my living room so they advised me the anti-microbial spray they were gonna use - which is okay for dogs & cats - could be harmful to my bird, so they gave me lots of notice when they were gonna spray so I could put him somewhere safe and they even kept track of when it was okay to bring him back to the sprayed area. And other things that may sound almost silly, but shows what quality people they hire. I had a coffee maker set up for the guys and when they finished their coffee, they always put the cups in the sink and even put water in ‘em to make ‘em easier to clean! I have friends & relatives that aren’t that considerate! It should be noted that there are two ‘groups’ that deal with claims; the ‘mediation’ crew which clears & cleans, removes damaged items, etc. and basically prep for the repair crew to come in to do the actual repairs and then there’s the repair crew. Both teams have the same professionalism, quality work, attention to detail & concern for your property.
