"This was our first time working with a travel agent, and we were so glad we did! Michelle was wonderful to work with; she gave us several options so quickly and answered all of our questions. When we landed in Mexico, we were so relieved that she had set up the car service for us so that we knew we were in good hands in another country. The resort was beautiful, and she answered some questions we had while at the resort very quickly and thoroughly. We will definitely be contacting her in the future to plan other trips.
