"I’ve purchased many pieces of furniture from Newswangers over the years. Recently I had a failure with my Lazy Boy recliner, I called the store to see what options were available for a replacement chair to buy, fully anticipating on buying a new 1. They informed me that the parts are a lifetime warranty and if they could find them they would be covered at no charge for the parts. They got the parts in a timely manner and replaced them the next day! Mind you this chair was purchased over 14yrs ago and they could’ve easily just brushed it off and told me parts aren’t available and sold me a new chair but they took the time to take care of the customer. I’m beyond happy and they were top notch from the initial call to the technician completing the repairs. It’s hard to find this kind of customer service these days but 1 things for sure…. I will never buy a piece of furniture from another company!! Thank you Newswangers" - Jason S.
