"I purchased tires with Goodyear on their website and selected Monro as the installation location. I was in the area for training. I stopped in to see if they had time to install them earlier. They were a bit busy and short a person but they were amazingly accommodating. As I waited I saw how well they interacted with all their customers. I purchased everything through Goodyear and was just in the area for training, but they treated me like I was a return customer. The environment was up beat and friendly. The manager was very interactive and welcoming. He held a good conversation as he worked on getting all my paperwork in order. I wanted pizza for dinner so he suggested a pizza place close to the shop and my hotel. Thanks for the great service guys!" - Tammy . H
