"I was stranded on 95 South just south of Woodhaven Rd. A horribly paved construction zone shredded my front tire. The tire repair company sent by Geico - Auto Rescue - refused to change my tire. I begged them to help me but they refused. My car had slipped off the jack (when I was changing it in the rain) and the brake rotor struck the ground. They said it was a liability and drove off.
Carl, from Maxx Services, stopped out of the goodness of his heart and offered to help. He had no problem getting my spare tire on. What a godsent and relief. I was able to drive my car home without incident. I did not solicit the help of Maxx Services but I was delighted that their truck showed up out of nowhere. Their technician, Carl, was polite, efficient, and professional. I would recommend their company's service to anyone." - bbk 1.
