"I contacted Lori after family had decided it was in our best interest and our mother’s to have someone come in and clean for her and help her with organizational tasks that were getting too difficult for her to manage and the family was struggling to keep up with. Lori graciously agreed to go out of her way initially. She worked with the family and my mom to set up a convenient arrangement for all involved. We have been thrilled with her communication, feedback after visits and the thoroughness of the cleaning service.
