"We had historic rain this year and our chimney and our J channel had cracks so we had water damage to the inside of our living room around our fireplace. I called Lanco and the same day I received a phone call and a visit for an estimate. Norm looked at it and was quoted for drywall but he wasn’t comfortable with repairing it until we fixed the problem which gave us an indication that he was someone we could trust. We repaired the outside of our chimney and Norm and his partner Barry was able to come the next day to start as they pulled everything out we saw there was mold growing and installation was soaked during the whole process of tearing down Norm took the time to educate us on everything that was going on which was helpful for us because we are first time homeowners. They also suggested to put in outlets up top by our tv so no cords will show so with all of this mess at least we got a little upgrade. Took a week to do which we are very pleased with Lanco Construction and will use them again in the future!" - Samantha K.
