Lancaster Pie & Coffee

"This pie changed my life. I bought a mini berry pie at the market and it took me a couple days to cut into it as it was just so beautifully crafted. The two chicks behind the counter said they'd made them themselves with help from the owner's fabulous dough, and they were incredibly nice and unnecessarily modest for their level of skill. I finally cut into it tonight and I am blown away. I've been baking for like 25 years myself and have never been able to perfect the consistency of the filling or the dough of a berry pie this amazingly, and I honestly feel I haven't had a better one in my whole life.
