"Recently ordered Big Joe III from KeyStone BBQ. The shipment comes in one package, cart is included but needs assembly it is very simple to put together. Good service from the store and local delivery team. Can’t wait to use it! I have uploaded a few new pictures after a few cooking sessions. It looks fun, holds heat very well. The highest temperature it have achieved was 550 degrees. I was cooking beef for small group of people. It took longer than I expected to reach the heat I wanted. If you are looking into Big Joe 3, consider its vast cooking area inside and the amount of fuel required for your average cooks.
