"Bob was wonderful to work with. He is inexpensive and very experienced with a fun and easy going crew of guys. Truly a custom builder in that he remains flexible, communicates and will figure out a way to get us what we ask for (even when we annoyingly and repeatedly change plans at the last second). Bob was very helpful in helping us keep costs down in some areas while still achieving spectacular results. He is great about keeping in touch and I admired his crazy work ethic as he was repeatedly the last man on the job site making sure everything was up to his standards and called me at 9pm because HE WAS STILL WORKING! Most impressively Bob was honest, he underpays himself in my opinion and he is a stand up guy. I recommend him for any renovations, home build or other construction projects. Get a quote from him, you won’t regret it.
Last note: in response to that only negative comment who wasn’t even a customer, builders will construct stormwater in accordance with the design of a hired engineer and a township engineer. If he meets that approved standard the blame is on the township." - Zachary M.
