"Laura was AMAZING. I ended up at this store because I was heading to a funeral which was 2 hours away from my home and ended up leaving the outfit that I was going to wear to the funeral at home. So stopped at a previous store. I won't name worst experience I could have had but they did have a great employee there but the disorganization of all of their items was overwhelming. So I did buy a worst case scenario outfit. But once I saw that I was passing Park City Mall, I stopped there at JCPenney and was able to get the assistance from Laura that I needed to purchase a suit that made me comfortable in my skin for how I want it to look and feel on tomorrow. She was a wonderful person assisting me with something that I hate doing with your shipping in person. I could not have had a better experience. She is definitely an asset to this team." - Dr T.
