"My experience could not have been any better! I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist who knew my name and that I was coming. She drove a very long distance to fill-in for the usual receptionist,. That shows we had a nice conversation and also, that she must love what she does to atep-up like she did! Plus, she confirmed how much I was going to love having the Laser procedure done. Then, the nurse that did my treatment, was very congenial, informative and skilled. She made sure that I was comfortable and knew what to expect each step of the way! We had nice conversations, diverting my attention that I barely felt what was happening! I was offered cooling cream afterwards, which I did not need and was given after-care instructions, should discomfort or issues arise. The whole process was very done quickly. I was done before my appointment was actually scheduled (because there was a cancelation and I was taken right away when I arrived)! I exchanged pleasantries with the technician, scheduled my next appointment with the receptionist and was on my way with a smile on my face and a bounce in my step!" - Tracy C.
