"I don't have photos yet (it snowed), but these guys are INCREDIBLE. They've fixed my Subaru twice now, once for a small scrape and now for my first accident. Both times, I couldn't even tell repairs had been done - seamless and shiny like new! Chris is super friendly and can answer most of your questions if you're calling in. This time (for the accident), I was having trouble getting the dealership body shops to accept and repair my vehicle. For those that would accept me, it would have been a month of just waiting for them to even start the repair. I remembered I had HnH saved in my phone and gave them a call. Chris was so kind and understanding (as always), and told me that they could begin work within one week! After just one month, I already have the car back and she looks GORGEOUS! Chris kept me updated the whole time, and I was able to email or call with any questions or concerns I had. They treated me like family and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of with kindness.
