"Had a fantastic experience at Faulkner. Started off with my Tesla being body slammed on the highway by a guy with no license. Called the Tesla referenced number for Faulkner (later that evening/after hours) and to my surprise, the shop manager (April) answered. They had accidentally listed her cell number but she took the time to chat with me there and then, and assured me that I'd be taken care of. She made everything about the process so clear and always took the time to answer my questions. We ordered the parts because of the backlog with Tesla supply, and a few weeks later when it all arrived, I took my car in. The process couldn't have been easier with Enterprise dropping the car off, my estimator allowing them to make changes remotely, and the daily updates that Faulkner was sending. In all, we ended up needing one extra part that had to be ordered and April took the time to put in a special request with Tesla to have it expedited so that I didn't go over my rental car days under insurance. Upon picking up my car, not only was it clean and back to beautiful, but they even gave me a box of Girl Scout cookies to go! There was a small issue I found when I arrived home where the trim inside the door still had a dent/cut in the leather, but April had me return it immediately and gave me back the rental car. It was fixed within 24 hours, and when I received my car back it was also fully charged. I can't thank the team over there enough for the fantastic service and hospitality.
