"I had to switch dentists because my previous office stopped taking my insurance. I dreaded the change, but now I'm glad it happened... Every staff member I interacted with at Ephrata Family Dentistry was friendly and personable. The hygienist, Erin, was super nice and patient with my questions. She told me everything she was going to do before she did it and explained as she went. Very informative while still being efficient. She gave me lots of good advice. It was the same with Dr. Emerson when he came in. He was nice, informative, and he gave me good advice while also taking my concerns into consideration. What I was most impressed with is how thorough they were. I've never had such a thorough exam. They left no stone unturned, but I also didn't feel like I was there for hours or put through the ringer. Bottom line - very thorough, but also efficient." - Ashley B.
