"We had an issue with the tree we bought. We brought it back to the farm, not sure if they would do anything about it. What happpened was not something under their control yet they went above and beyond! The owner was very kind and it is very clear that he values his customers more than money. His son personally helped us out from start to finish to make sure we had a pleasent experince. They gained a customer for life for sure!
Some commenters mentioned prices being a little steep.. I think it is important to keep in mind that you are not just paying for a tree here. You are paying for the whole experince where you can ride a horse trailer (maybe even get some selfies with them after ;) ), drink FREE hot cocoa and get FREE Santa Pictures with your family! The establishment is very well maintained and the employees are fantastic !
