"Ordered 3:30 on a Friday for same day delivery. 20 min later I received a polite courtesy call that they would not be able to fill it and deliver by end of day. I felt this was very reasonable and appreciated the direct call, so that I could choose to cancel and make other arrangements. I responded that Saturday would work. Received a call on Saturday 12:30 that Allen was attempting to deliver it, but no one was home. Allen was calm, patient and helpful. He said if I could get in touch and see when they would be home, he was planning to be back in the area later and would make another delivery attempt, no charge. And he did! all good.
