"Never had I thought I’d ever leave my home state of New Jersey. Then, when one of the last lots became available in the beautiful Tuscan Villas neighbourhood back in March, 2023, a simple inquiry to the listing agent turned into the most memorable journey with such an amazing builder.
Evan Costello may be younger in years, but his talent and construction experience is evident in his work.
This is the first custom home I have ever built and with the added challenge of living out of state, I relied 100% on Evan for input on selections, ie, cabinets, light fixtures, paint colours, etc. A trust was formed based on his genuine personality, expertise, and energy to make this house my home. He did not disappoint at all … even finished ahead of schedule allowing me and my family to enjoy the holidays in my new home!
