"After a previous rough experience under different management I decided to give this Dunkin another go with a large order. When going through the drive through the last month or so I noticed such an improvement in customer service but I was still a bit hesitant. My doubts were put to rest right away. The manager (I think Michelle) was pleasant and efficient to deal with start to finish. It was ready for us when we got there and she even included extras just to say Thank you. Happy to see excellent customer service has returned to this store. I will definitely be back."
