"Where do I begin? I have been an happy customer of Dominion Pest Control for over a year now. They have the best work ethic, show courtesy to let you know arrival time for treatment of property, in and out before you know it, responds promptly to my calls for extra spraying, but mostly takes time out an employee's busy schedule to make sure an extra appointment is needed and completed. I am old fashion and likes a paper bill in my hand, and place a check in the mail when paying. They quickly adapted to my request, and my choice of bill paying was no problem. Speaking of bills, their cost are so reasonable as well. This makes a senior as myself happy especially with a fixed income. What's even more personable, is when you call a real person answer's. Always a friendly voice, and never leaves you hanging when a question is asked. The answer is complete and yes at a level of understanding, so no misunderstandings between customer and office assistant. All in all everyone is on the same page. I would recommend Dominion Pest Control LLC to anyone. What's even better they are locally owned and from my experience they take pride at what they do %." - Gloria K.
