"I'm so happy someone recommended that we try an Amish smorgasbord while on our family vacation through PA. I did some research and found this one with great reviews not too (40mins) far from Hershey PA, which is where we were staying and entertaining ourselves in Pennsylvania. Luckily we found this one!
Everything is made from scratch. They have a menu from which you can order or you can order the buffet. The buffet has something for everyone for sure including soup, salad, dinner, and the most scrumptious desserts!
From delicious fresh raw vegetables on the salad bar and flavorful soups to ham, chicken, pot roast, home style vegetables, potatoes, Mac and Cheese (delighted my son to no end), and so much more. The desserts few desserts that aren't prepared in the house are prepared at a local Amish bakery, we tried several and they were all amazing! The chocolate cream and shoo fly pies were my personal favorites but there were so many it was hard to choose.
Whatever you do don't get there late, they're happy to oblige whatever length of wait time as long as you get there before they close. We went on a Monday night got there at 5:35 when they closed at 6:00. 30 minute wait, no problem."
