"I spent hours researching poly gliders, and ended up selecting two Daybreak Fanback Gliders. I love the color, black with antique mahogany. However, there were no instructions in either box. There was missing hardware also. I contacted the company, and the owner responded immediately. He was very apologetic and shipped the hardware and instructions to us right away. I appreciate a company that strives to make things right. The owner went above and beyond to make sure that we could enjoy our new gliders. The gliders are beautiful and very well made." - Heather R.
