"I have had my Resound rechargeable hearing aids for 5 years. I had purchased them from Bill at Champion after an extensive conversation with a friend who had hearing issues since childhood and highly recommended Champion. I knew I was struggling and it was really starting to impact the quality of almost every aspect of life, work and personal. I made the call, visited with Bill. He tested my hearing and at no cost and fitted me with quality equipment in less than an hour. What a knowledgeable, personable gentleman. The service and availability there is so refreshing, actually speaking with the provider when you call, and real life understanding and care for your personal needs. Just like service from years past, it was pretty cool. After 5 years of basically flawless use of my aids I had an issue. One call on a Friday, explained my need and had a Monday appt. At that appt my hearing was retested, a diagnostic check of my devices performed. Bill at Champion had the parts that needed replaced and repaired them as I watched. I put them in and he adjusted them perfectly to my liking in less than an hour. I am thrilled to again hear the detail that is so important to life.
