"Our first impression of Doug was great - we couldn't believe how quickly he responded to our inquiry and was able to come to our home (about 30-45 minutes away from him) to give us an estimate. He provided the estimate quickly and we were very pleased with the pricing, so we decided to move forward. Unfortunately, Mother Nature ruined our first scheduled date, but a week later we were able to have the work completed. It's now been about 6 weeks since we had our Border Magic border installed by Doug and team and we couldn't be happier! The variation in the color matches the stone on our house perfectly and we KNOW it was a 'labor of love' for the team to get us the design, texture, and color we were looking for.
