"Our entire finished basement sustained water damage and within 30 minutes of reaching out to the team, we had boots on the ground. Barry, Rick, and Craig had our entire basement emptied and dried in just a short few days and handled the initial conversations with our insurance company. For our restoration, Barry and Rick communicated with us every step of the way, keeping us up to date with schedule changes and which contractors would be arriving to our house. They were flexible with our vacation schedule as well as last minute changes we made to our space. As homeowners, with small children, who had never experienced a home issue like this before, we were so incredibly grateful for the team and all of the support they showed us.
