"Just had Joe in to clean my carpets for an apartment move out. Absolutely fantastic! He was on time, professional, and quick on the job. I own a dog who sheds quite a bit, and no matter how much I tried, I could never get all of her hair out of the carpet—and the carpet just needed a good clean to be honest. I was so impressed with the quality of service provided that if I didn’t know any better, I would have thought that my carpets had never been stepped on. This company not only gave me the best prices near me, and had just the availability I needed, BUT one of the things that instantly had me gravitating towards using BEST Professional Cleaning, LLC was the lovely lady on the phone who provided just the customer service I needed. I was quite stressed, and the lady who helped book my service for today was very sweet on the phone and gave me all the information I needed without having to weed out any for myself.
