Belmont Trailers

"I purchased my Belmont Trailer in late March 2022. I was very pleased with the ease of moving it myself as it is a very light weight trailer. The ease of lashing down the load is simple as well. There are ample places to lock down the load. However, I was very impressed with the whole company when I had a problem with the spare tire. I removed the spare to install a tongue locker. When I removed the tire and tried to reinstall the tire, I discovered that the stem was not long enough to rethread the lug. I tried many times and later in the day called the home office in Leola PA. The receptionist immediately connected me to the Belmont Engineer, Jonathan Kopp. He suggested some tips which unfortunately did not help. Late in the day I texted him that it was not working and I have become frustrated. Within a minute, my phone rang and he said, "I have a new spare tire mount and would like to try it to see if it works" To say I was impressed was an understatement. Jonathan arrived and changed out the mount with ease and care. It was repaired within 15 minutes. I was delighted with the service. I have been in the service industry for over 45 years and I appreciate when I am served well. Jonathan and Belmont have served me well. Thank You!" - Jon S.
