"If someone were to ask me to describe a classic Bed and Breakfast, I would not hesitate to use 1777 Americana Bed and Breakfast as my example.
The inn itself is a gem. The room we stayed in is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The combination of the antiques and wall decorations really give the place a nice welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. We were glad that we got to enjoy this little piece of history.
Denise greeted us for breakfast in the morning and she made us feel right at home with great conversation and a great homemade breakfast.
The inn also has a very nice beer pub on the property, Black Forest Brewery. If you are a fan of good, imaginative cuisine and craft brewed beer it is certainly worth a look.
The big question is: Would we stay here again? The answer is: “Yes”. Will we stay here again? The answer is: “The first chance we get.”" - Hugh S.
