"Excellent experience, worked with Jon online and got a deposit down on a new Haulmark Passport to haul my micro sprint car and my kids quarter midgets. The purchasing process was smooth, Jon explained everything thoroughly for me about the trailer and its capabilities and I put a deposit down from home to hold it. Stopped by today to buy the trailer and both Jon and Susan were super friendly and easy to work with, Jon even took my kids out to the side yard and played frisbee so I could focus on the paper work.
