"I was extremely happy with the service that was provided from this company, from start to finish! From the moment that I first called, everyone was so very nice and helpful, and they got me scheduled right away. I had called on a Friday, and they had someone scheduled to be at my house on Monday, which was fantastic! The window I was given was between 8-4, but I was given a call with plenty of time prior to the driver arriving, which was extremely beneficial. The worker who arrived on site was very polite and worked quickly and proficiently. I was given plenty of knowledge on what was going on, as it was the first time we had our septic pumped (new homeowners), and he answered every one of my questions without hesitation. Before leaving, he had me flush the toilets to be sure everything worked, and he left the site looking very nice and clean. I would 10/10, 100%, recommend their services to anyone looking to get their septic pumped!" - Courtney B.
