Tony is a gift, a true and humble light. He has help me to find the inner breath within. Helping me to no longer suppress my emotions by allowing my emotions to flow and release. I am able to handle dark waves with my own breath and awareness and his assistance. Tony has helped me to put down the genetic imprint of depression. Not only did Tony help me to harness my life and wellness, I struggle to trust others especially other wellness practices. Tony has restored trust within myself that has weaved into trust in others.
